Processing Time All orders are processed within 8-11 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping – 8-11 business days
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all provinces across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages Paw Carnival is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at pawcarnivalsa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
